I’m a huge fan of making sure we (particularly as women) are kind to ourselves. I hear all too often friends say, “Oh I’m rubbish at that,” or “I can’t do it.”
WELL I SAY NO MORE!
Let’s start talking about the things we CAN do and especially the things we’re awesome at.
