Giving is the new receiving.  Or so I’m told.  I’m not yet convinced.  So today, I’m launching my first ever Giveaway in honour of WitWitWoo’s first blogaversary and then we’ll see if I start to wee rainbows and unicorns.

My giveaway this week is courtesy of LivingSocial – the daily deal site.  I think the best way to sum these guys up is by watching their latest online promotional video that was released today – a very unique way of showing the breadth and versatility of the types of deals they offer:

Having experienced some of their deals myself, I can safely say … they’re all kinds of awesome and LivingSocial have kindly offered to give one of my lucky readers £50 deal bucks to use on any of their experiences … and when you consider that their discounts run at more than 50% off, you get a whole lorra bang for your buck!

How about …

Champagne Afternoon Tea for Two at Le Meridien Picaddilly – now £31 … or

Customised Wall Art Print – now £15 … or

Two games of Laser Quest in Sheffield – now £8

There are plenty more deals and experiences to choose from and it’s a great way to get the most out of your city.

I’ll be randomly picking a winner in a week’s time (going to Camp Bestival has kinda got in the way,) so I’ll be announcing the winner this time next week – Wednesday 3rd August.)  The winner will be required to sign up to LivingSocial to claim their prize.

All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning is leave a comment on this post and then tweet that you’ve entered the Giveaway – “I’ve entered the amazing giveaway at @iamwitwitwoo to win £50 worth of @LivingSocialUK bucks.”

Good luck!  And if anyone wants to take me for afternoon tea … I could be persuaded! 🙂
